She's Crafty.

Friday night was craft night in the Shady Lady Hideaway. Here are a few pictures from my latest exploit, which I believe I will make something of a tradition.

Letters waiting for my craftiness to ensue.

The paint selected for the project.

Painted letters.

Everything drying.

A green star.

The ugly under-belly of my project.

Might.

And here's the finished project. I love the idea of seeing the word "might" as I head out the door. It reminds me that each day holds both power and possibility.

I also added a green star to my New York collection, as an accent piece.

My house just gets cuter and cuter with each and every project. Next up for craft night is a mini-book for my friend's birthday.

Betsy,

I just came across your blog and Hannah came in and asked who you were. I told her you are Brian's cousin. She said,"oh, how old is she?" My response was, "why, how old do you think she is?" Here's the good part, she said twenty. Just thought you'd like to know. We haven't seen you in forever. We should change that.

Jenni! It has been about a million years since I've seen you and Brian and the kids. I think we should DEFINITELY change that fact.

20? I'll take it! Haha.
